Meet Adrian and Lucas, the dual rulers of 80 Empire. The talented pair began making music in their teens as creative visionaries behind a high school garage band. For me personally, UZ is one of my all time favourite producers. I've always loved his music and style. I fell in love with the mask immediately! UZ worked his way up from nothing being totally anonymous! This is a HUGE feat. He let his music do the talking for him and I've always respected that A LOT. From day one you knew he wasn't in it for the fame, He just has a love for music. So when we had the chance to interview him we jumped on the opportunity.
For me, Monkey Twerk is the epitome of fun. Even their name is fun to say! When you watch these two in the booth, its clear that they LOVE what they do. I've always been a strong believer in a theory that the DJ(s) should always be having more fun than anyone else in the crowd And Monkey Twerk take this to the next level.
Originally from Los Angeles CA, Maxx Ammo has now made his place in beautiful British Columbia and has become part of the electronic music scene, and in the process he has made a large impression on the Outdoor Music festival and Club community.
When it comes to originality, it doesn't get much better than The Funk Hunters. These guys are bringing funk back in a huge way. Between using real life instruments in the studio and live, promoting Canadian music and collaborating with amazing legends like Chali 2Na we were in heaven when we were asked to interview these absolute legends.

For me, Abstrakt Sonance was one of those artists you heard about directly from another person in passing. I can recall two or three separate occasions where he came up and the person had this epic tale of the special vibes Abstrakt Sonance was producing.
